Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. you reported there are no issues interior so I treated around the exterior only during today’s treatment. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. last I inspected the exterior RBS around the detached garage and there was heavy rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in the station as needed.
